About

I am entering my 4th year teaching at VHS! I am excited to work with 9th and 10th graders again as they continue to figure out high school and begin to learn more about themselves. After graduating from VHS in 2012, I attended East Georgia College and Brewton-Parker College before graduating from Georgia Southern in 2017 with a BA in English and minors in Asian Religious Studies and Sociology. I am currently back at Georgia Southern as I work to attain an MA in English. In addition to teaching at VHS, I also teach at Coastal Plains Charter High School at nights.

In my free time, I love to travel all over the world and attend concerts with my sister! I hope to impart my love of learning and empathy for others to all of my students!
